For years, Luis navigated the demanding world of filmmaking—earning his MFA in Film from the University of Southern California, where he was an Annenberg Fellow and recipient of multiple directing and producing scholarships, including the Montes Scholarship and the USC Latino Alumni Association Scholarship. These honors opened doors, but they also came with immense expectations as he juggled intense deadlines, creative risks, and the emotionally draining process of pitching projects to studios and investors.
The exhilaration of creating was often shadowed by the fatigue of countless “no’s,” setbacks, and the constant uncertainty of when the next “yes” would come.
This cycle of pressure and rejection took a toll, leaving Luis physically depleted and emotionally drained. He began to experience firsthand how chronic stress can downregulate the body, weaken the immune system, and open the door to illness.
Refusing to accept that this was simply “the cost of the dream,” Luis turned inward—seeking out therapies, practices, and quantum technologies that restored not only his physical health, but his sense of balance and emotional resilience. Through this journey, he experienced firsthand the power of energy, frequency, and consciousness to support healing and transformation.
Out of these personal trials, Luis created the Quantum Vibration Wellness Foundation and the Q-Vibe Wellness product line. His mission now extends beyond the entertainment world—to make integrative quantum wellness tools and healing therapies more accessible, while supporting survivors of PTSD and domestic violence through funded sessions, scholarships, and community-based programs.
